Kat Morrill has been a fitness and wellness professional for 25 years. She is a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and holds dual certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a group fitness instructor and a nutrition specialist. Kat is a personal trainer and has managed the small group training program and nutrition department for a large private fitness center in Draper, Utah, while concurrently developing the fitness and nutrition programming for large groups and a global corporation. As a nutrition specialist she helps clients learn how to create optimal health through nourishing food choices. Kat currently hosts wellness retreats focusing on creating connections, cooking healthy meals, spending time in nature and discovering the joy of exercise. Kat is also a Master Trainer with Technogym where she travels internationally to provide education and training. She enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, mountain biking, lifting weights, traveling and running and reading at the beach.
