May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Approximately 1 in 4 Americans will experience a mental wellness challenge this year. That's nearly 80 million people! According to the World Health Organization, discouragement is one of the leading causes worldwide, and other causes are quickly increasing in number.

To be healthy as a whole, our mental health plays a role. But how do we define what is affecting our mental wellness? There are multiple factors that could be causing mental health challenges such as sleep deprivation, stress, not enough physical activity, or poor nutrition.
